Tamm is the where the Willi Elbe Group headquarters are located. In spite of all globalization, this is where we’ve had our roots ever since we were founded in 1951. And that will always be the case!
We currently employ around 90 people at our headquarters in Tamm. Jobs and training vacancies are regularly advertised.
All central tasks of the Willi Elbe Group are carried out in Tamm. This includes management, product development, project management and sales, finance and controlling, purchasing, supply chain management, human resources, occupational safety and quality management, process development and IT. The Willi Elbe Group's international plants – in Germany, Norway, Bulgaria, China and Mexico – are managed from Tamm and supported in a variety of areas. The test center and the development department are also located at the headquarters.
The Willi Elbe Group in Tamm therefore offers a wide variety of jobs in different commercial and technical fields.
Living and working in the Tamm area
Tamm has about 12,000 inhabitants, making it the largest non-urban community in the district of Ludwigsburg, in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg. The Stuttgart metropolitan area is only about 30 km from Tamm, but in the immediate vicinity of Tamm, too, there are attractive jobs as well as many attractions and much to discover.
